We supply pre-turned special dimensions for cylinder or flange liners manufactured by continuous or centrifugal casting to achieve the optimum finished mass for your application

Special dimensions for casting alloys in the shape of bushes or rings can be produced economically using the centrifugal casting process. The parts are then pre-turned to the desired delivery dimensions.

We supply flat or square cuts in special formats. We cut these to your desired format at the factory from continuous cast ingots measuring 250 x 510 x 3000 mm in the alloys Looser Bronze 50, Looser Bronze 65, Looser Bronze 68, Looser Bronze 66, Looser Lead Bronze 80, Looser Lead Bronze 82 and Looser Aluminum Bronze 75-1. We are also happy to offer ready-to-install parts directly according to your drawing.

In Looser aluminum bronze 75, we offer you rolled and ultrasonically tested sheets or blanks in thicknesses from 4 to 145 mm. Sheets or blanks in thicknesses from 0.2 to 40 mm are also available in Looser phosphor bronze CuSn6.

We offer forged and ultrasonically tested round bars from stock in Looser aluminum bronze 75 from diameter 112 to 403. The physical and mechanical properties can be verified with a factory certificate EN 10204-3.1. With official approval for restamping from the Swiss Safety Center AG, we are also permitted to transfer batch numbers to blanks

We also supply forged bushes or rods, particularly in the alloys Looser aluminum bronze 75, Looser aluminum bronze 78 and in the electrode material CuCrZr. Mechanical properties can be agreed and documented with a works certificate EN 10204-3.1 on request.
