Electrode Material CuCrZr is a curable material with good mechanical properties and high thermal and electrical conductivity. It is mainly used for point or roller electrodes.

Example uses
Point and rolled seam electrodes for welding low carbon steel sheets (C < 0.3%).
Machinability
Electrode Material CuCrZr is machinable similar to pure copper. The formation of built-up edges can be counteracted by increasing the cutting speed.

- Round bars from Ø 10-160 mm and rectangular bars from 20–100 mm are available from stock.
- Further round bars in intermediate sizes from Ø 6–200 mm are available at short notice.
- Further dimensions in flat, rectangular and hexagonal bars are also available at short notice.
- Forged rings, bushings and edge profiles onto the base sizes or contour pre-fabricated.
- Ready-to-install parts in accordance with customer drawing.
